Probably the best deal you ever got was existence: First you didn't exist at all, and now you have a body, a mind and a life!

Now imagine that a friendly alien comes to Earth and gives humanity a book. The book offers the following deal: If perhaps a million people invested an average of $50 to $100 and 40 hours of volunteer time*, humanity would get eight wonderful things. The first four things would be four solutions to problems causing trillions of dollars of harm. The other four wonderful things would be four "global upgrades." The book explains global upgrades by saying that most of the 100 greatest innovations in human history were global upgrades -- ideas such as written language, money, clock time, the telephone and the Internet. So humanity would get four new global upgrades.

But in fact these potential trillion-dollar solutions and global upgrades wouldn't become fully real until about 60% of the world spent only five hours a week learning and practicing the upgrades. Imagine that the book promised that within 5 to 10 years most of humanity would be enjoying four actual global upgrades and four actual solutions with trillion-dollar impacts. Nothing close to that had ever happened in human history, and never that fast! It would be one of the best deals ever offered to humanity.

At first most people won't believe that an unknown organization like Idea Source can offer much the same deal. But we can. People who learn about our deal and then participate become members of "the Force." It's their relatively tiny contributions of time, money and effort that can take our innovations from mere ideas to potential global upgrades and trillion-dollar solutions.
